  1. No Return Accepted Once the Product is Sold:

    • We do not accept returns for reasons other than functional defects or damages incurred during shipping (as outlined below)

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement for Damage Claims During Shipping:

    • In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged or not functioning during the arrival of your shipment, we require you to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
    • Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process a refund or replacement for the damaged item(s).

  2. Product Service Within 15 Days of Delivery:

    • We are happy to attend to any service-related issues other than physical damages for the product within 15 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer service team promptly to report any concerns regarding the functionality or performance of the product.
    • For service requests made after 15 days of delivery, additional terms and conditions may apply, and eligibility for service will be at the discretion of the watch projects

  3. Refund Process for Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage:

    • If you have received a product with functional defects or shipping damage, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, along with the required unboxing video.
    • Once your claim is verified and approved, we will initiate a refund which should reflect in your bank account within 7 days  or replacement for the damaged or defective item(s) as per your preference.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Our return and refund policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear of the product.
    • Products sold under special promotions, clearance sales, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund unless stated otherwise.
